MiLL Peer Mentoring Program
You don’t have to lead alone.
Middle leadership can be isolating. This five-month pilot gives current and aspiring middle leaders a trusted thinking partner to work through real challenges, test assumptions and identify practical next steps.
Through structured conversations, you will also strengthen the listening, questioning and coaching skills needed to lead others well.
What you will gain
A practical programme for current and aspiring middle leaders who want to think more clearly, act with greater confidence and learn how to support the growth of others.
Work through real challenges
Bring a current leadership focus or challenge. Test assumptions, consider different perspectives and identify practical next steps.
Develop coaching skills
Practise listening, asking purposeful questions, clarifying goals and supporting accountability—without jumping straight to advice.
Build a trusted professional connection
Develop a sustained relationship with another middle leader who understands the realities of leading change and improvement.

— Laverne Swarts
