Jo Mohan
Manager of Risk Education and Training at Risk Partners

“James Anderson delivered a half day growth mindset session with our team during our conference in November. James was very professional to deal with during the planning phase. We had amazing feedback from the session, ran with our team, it was one of our favorite sessions of the conference.

James is a great storyteller and he took us all on a journey of growth mindset. He raised some interesting and thought provoking points, there was time for self-reflection as well as activities that helped to bring some of the concepts to life. Mindset is such an amazing and interesting thing and James really helped us to recognize some of the potentials and pitfalls of our own mindsets. Thank you James for an energetic session.”

Program Structure

The program will be delivered in four, two-week cycles consisting of:

1. Online Learning Modules

At the beginning of each cycle a comprehensive Online Learning Module will be made available to each school. These will contain an extensive range of learning material including reading assignments and video content. While you’ll have access to all resources, during each cycle you’ll be expected to become expert in just one aspect of this material.

All these resources will be available for you to use with all staff at your school as part of your site license.

2. Live Cohort Meetings

Coinciding with the release of the Online Learning Modules, schools will select 1-2 people from their group to work with James Anderson to review module content. These Live Cohort Meetings will be scheduled on Thursdays at 16:00 to 17:30 Hong Kong time. This session will outline the learning to be undertaken, how to manage it within your group, and the expectations regarding sharing that material back to the wider school Leadership Team. The expectation is that each school will focus on one section of the Online Learning Modules, preparing a summary to present back to the full cohort in a jigsaw type style.
